MESSAGE ABOUT THIS FUNDING CAMPAIGN
Britons in Hong Kong (BHK) started fighting for human rights and advocating equal rights for British National (Overseas) (BN(O)) since August 2019. Now, BHK would like to take the next step: to raise British awareness to Hong Kong and make greater noise in the United Kingdom. We, however, cannot make that happen without your help.
We regularly host petitions and rallies to channel our demands to different British governmental bodies. BHK advocates for equal rights for British National (Overseas) and avers that Her Majesty’s government has to acknowledge the Chinese breach of Sino-British Joint Declaration. We are concerned over the personal safety of Hong Kong people who are being persecuted based on their political participation and hence we ask British government to fulfill its obligations to protect Hong Kong people.
BHK hopes this crowdfunding campaign would sustain us for at least three months. We will issue our financial report regularly for financial transparency. We make sure every penny you fund us will be well spent and clearly recorded.
